Alexa Voice Service

Hello Stephanie from Devpost.
I would like to know if it is possible to test my alexa skill without an Amazon Echo dot ???
If true, I find that I can use AVS to implement alexa voice in my mobile phone or computer.
but tried many attempts how to use AVS but still fail.
Could you please help me with some resources????

    Hi Phil!

    I'm actually on the Devpost side, but can still help! :) You can test your skills in your developer console without owning a device, however, where are you located? There is a known issue that the Alexa developers are putting out a fix for currently where testing may fail in certain locations.

    I'm located in Kinshasa, DR CONGO but my AWS region is us-east-1

    Ok thanks - this known issue might be the reason. I'll follow up and see what the status is on the fix!
