    can i submit two projects like 1st is alexa skill for food and drink and 2nd for alexa skill for Transportion?

    Yes! You can submit multiple submissions :)

    Please note per the rules:
    iii. Multiple Submissions: A Maker may submit more than one Submission, however, each Submission must be unique and substantially different from each of the Maker’s other Submissions, as determined by the Poster and/or the Administrator. Please note, however, that each Maker is only eligible to receive one Participation Prize, regardless of how many Submissions they enter.

    No, the skills for this contest must be published in the U.S. Skill Store and that means they must support English.
